3.1 Licence to Use

When you purchase a course module or bundle from us, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view the course content for your own use. You do not acquire ownership of the course content itself.

3.2 Access and Delivery

Course content is delivered digitally via this website. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased module(s) immediately. Access is provided on a “buy to own” basis — once purchased, your access does not expire.

3.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our course products and the fact that access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) for the supply of digital content.

We encourage you to review the course description, module outline, and lesson titles before purchasing to ensure the content meets your needs.

3.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), who act as the Merchant of Record for our digital products. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, VAT/sales tax, and compliance. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle’s Terms of Use and Buyer Terms.

3.5 Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or redistribute any course content without our express written permission
  • Share your account access or course content with third parties
  • Use automated tools to download, scrape, or extract course content
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from course materials

5. User Comments

Certain parts of this website offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information, material, and data (‘Comments’) via the Commentario service.
